I’m not one to believe in natural remedies and certainly not one to believe in massage, I generally just believe in suffering through an illness. Pain builds character!
With that being said, this stuffed up nose is driving me nuts and Google led me to this page. Instant relief. I felt rather stupid doing it, but it actually worked. Who knew?
